John A. Patti has more than 25 years of experience in family law, and is a Certified Matrimonial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is regularly featured on local and network radio and TV, including NBC, CBS, Fox News, WWOR-TV, News 12 and elsewhere.

Michele Crupi

Michele Crupi is a partner and co-chair of the firm's Family Law Department with over 20 years of experience. Ms. Crupi was a duly elected member of the International English Honor Society of Sigma Tau Delta from Seton Hall University in 1994 and graduated Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1997. She was admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars in 1998.

Rebecca Bernstein

Rebecca Bernstein joined the firm in October 2009. She is experienced in family law matters, including dissolutions, custody, visitation and post-judgment issues. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca clerked for the Honorable Ronald Lee Reisner, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, handling a variety of criminal, matrimonial and civil matters.

Rotem Peretz

Rotem Peretz joined the firm in May 2016. His practice is dedicated exclusively to family law and related matters, and is experienced in the areas of divorce, custody and parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, post-judgment issues, and appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Peretz clerked for the Honorable Nancy Sivilli, J.S.C., Family Part – Essex County, after which he entered private practice with an Essex County law firm. While practicing in Essex County, he was an active member of the Essex County Bar Association, serving as Co-Chair of the Law Day Committee for two consecutive years, as well as Co-Chair of the Mock Trial Committee. He is presently a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association.

Stacey Miller

Stacey Miller is affiliated with the firm as Of Counsel to the Family Law Department. Ms. Miller has extensive experience and practices exclusively in the areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, custody and parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, dissolution of civil unions, termination of domestic partnerships and post-judgment issues.
