Michele Crupi is a partner and co-chair of the firm’s Family Law Department with over 20 years of experience. Ms. Crupi was a duly elected member of the International English Honor Society of Sigma Tau Delta from Seton Hall University in 1994 and graduated Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1997. She was admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars in 1998.
Rebecca Bernstein joined the firm in October 2009. She is experienced in family law matters, including dissolutions, custody, visitation and post-judgment issues. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca clerked for the Honorable Ronald Lee Reisner, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, handling a variety of criminal, matrimonial and civil matters.
Ronald H. Carlin, Esq. is Of Counsel at the firm of LaRocca Hornik Rosen Greenberg & Crupi, LLC. He limits his practice to divorce and family law with a special emphasis on Domestic Violence Restraining Order cases. Mr. Carlin began his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Cavanagh, J.S.C. in the Family Part, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Since the conclusion of his clerkship in August of 1999, Mr. Carlin has limited his practice to divorce and family law and now brings almost 20 years of experience to his various cases.
Rotem Peretz joined the firm in May 2016. His practice is dedicated exclusively to Family Law and related matters, and is experienced in the areas of divorce, custody and parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, post-judgment issues, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, and appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Peretz clerked for the Honorable Nancy Sivilli, J.S.C., Family Part – Essex County (2013-2014), after which he entered private practice with an Essex County law firm. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
