Ronald H. Carlin, Esq. is Of Counsel at the firm of LaRocca Hornik Rosen Greenberg & Crupi, LLC. He limits his practice to divorce and family law with a special emphasis on Domestic Violence Restraining Order cases. Mr. Carlin began his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Cavanagh, J.S.C. in the Family Part, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Since the conclusion of his clerkship in August of 1999, Mr. Carlin has limited his practice to divorce and family law and now brings almost 20 years of experience to his various cases. Mr. Carlin has served as an Early Settlement Panelist and an Intensive Settlement Panelist in Monmouth County. He also sat on the Monmouth County Ethics Committee from 2011-2015. Mr. Carlin received his undergraduate degree from Richard Stockton University in Pomona, New Jersey and his law degree from Seton Hall Law School in Newark. While in law school, Mr. Carlin was a member of the law school’s Sports Law Journal and he finished in first place out of 208 students in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition winning an award for best oral presentation and best brief. Winning this competition gave Mr. Carlin an invitation to be on the law school’s moot court team where he participated in competitions throughout the country.When he is not practicing law, Mr. Carlin enjoy spending time with his family and playing softball.
